This new house constructed in 2018 is located in the seaside community of Stratford and is located three kilometers from cultural center of downtown Charlottetown. You could safely cycle into town to take in the sights along the waterfront, be part of the music festivals and visit the great restaurants downtown in the historical part of our city.
The home is on a corner lot oriented towards the east and has ample parking for two cars plus parking for one car in a heated garage. The property is beautifully landscaped with new planting in the front and a small fruit tree orchard in the large back yard.

There is a $100 processing fee for any reservations canceled. There will be a 50% refund if your cancellation is 21 before the date of checking in.
Prime Location
The neighbourhood is very safe and is located close to a new shopping mall. It is considered a country estate with a marine theme where you can smell the salt air breezes off the ocean and hear the distant fog month in the winter months.
For those travelling by air ... the house is conveniently located nine kilometers from the International Airport and twenty minutes to Stanhope and Brackley Beaches and the Famous North Shore National Park. The community of Stratford is fifty-five kilometers to the Confederation Bridge and is also fifty-five kilometers to the mainland ferry terminal at Wood Island. We are home to the Fathers of Confederation, Ann of Green Gables, Golf Courses and endless miles of red sand beaches!
